Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the US and Canada only.

United States

Standard Shipping – USPS Ground

• Free shipping on all orders over $100 USD

• Orders under $100 incur a flat-rate shipping fee for $10 USD.

• Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days from dispatch

Priority Shipping – USPS Priority Mail

• $15 USD flat rate

• Delivery estimate: 2–4 business days from dispatch

Most orders placed before 2pm ET (Monday–Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays.

Canada

We ship to Canada using DHL eCommerce (DDU):

• Delivery estimate: 4–10 business days

• Customs duties and taxes are not included in your order total. These are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Order processing

• You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Orders with out-of-stock or pre-order items will ship once all items are available.

• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Change of address

If you need to update your shipping address, please email hello@lbdo.com before your order is dispatched.
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may request a reshipment for a $15 USD fee.

Lost or stolen packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@lbdo.com. We’ll do what we can to help locate your package.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll resend your order at no cost.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please ensure you choose a secure delivery address.

Discreet & sustainable packaging

• Orders are packed in plain cardboard mailers with no external branding, so your privacy is always respected.

• We prioritise sustainable packaging, though some items may include protective soft plastic for safe transit. We’re actively working on alternatives and encourage you to recycle soft plastics where possible.

You must be 18 years or older to order from LBDO. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly ship to minors.
